Celebrating the Class of 2015

Graduating student Elizabeth R., poses with Sister Patrice

September 17, 2015

Congratulations to the class of 2015! Our 8th graders, along with parents, teachers and staff, reflected on their time at Immaculate Conception and looked forward to the future at their graduation ceremony on Saturday, June 13.

At the graduation ceremony, Vanesa M. had the honor of speaking about the community at ICS and the support they gave her along the way. Whether the students had been at ICS for one year or since Pre-K, it was clear that their time as part of the ICS family was special to them. “I have been coming here since Pre-K,” said Nick F., grade 8, “so it was sad to say goodbye but I know I’ll still be friends with everyone.” This fall, students will attend high schools that include Fordham Prep, Riverdale County school, and St. Jean Baptiste. We are sad to say goodbye to our 8th graders, but we are thrilled to see their progress in high school and beyond.
