Congratulations to:
7th grader Tiffany who was the Middle School Winner for READ's Tutor Essay Contest! She won a Wii and was asked to read her essay at READ's Tenth Anniversary Celebration on April 28th.

8th graders Daniel, Jocelyn C., Jocelyn M., Laura and Genesis whose poems were selected by Creative Communication's Writing Contest to be published in an anthology A Celebration of Poets. This book is a culmination of children's poetry by students in varying grade levels across the United States and Canada.

7th grader Johana for being selected as one of the 56 students, out of 600 applicants, invited to join the Oliver Pre-Scholars Program! She will partake in an intensive 5 week Summer Immersion Program and then work with the Oliver Scholars in a high school placement process. She is the first student of ICS to be accepted into this program!

7th grader Kimberly C. for her accomplishment as Second Place Winner of the Academy of Mount St. Ursula's 7th Grade Essay Competition! She has received a Barnes & Noble gift card in honor of her essay.
