What is peer pressure? Peer pressure is the pressure someone feels to do something a certain why like dress, or act a certain way. Usually this type of pressure comes from a friend, or someone on you never met like a person advertising on TV. Peer pressure can effect people of all ages from all backgrounds, and it can come from school, family members, and the community. Peer pressure can cause stress and make you do things that you wouldn't regularly do like having sex young, driving without a seatbelt, and drinking. Although peer pressure can be very good at times, we believe that when peers can have such a strong  influences on how you act they con troll your life, and that's also known as bad peer pressure.
